Wash & Care

Caring for your reusable bags properly will ensure a lifetime of use! You don't need to wash your bags after each use if you're using them for dry items or produce with skins or peels. Turn inside out and shake out any matter and pin them up on a clothes line to air out.​

WASHING
All of our bags are machine washable. Use an eco-friendly unscented detergent and a cold water wash. However, we recommend hand washing your bags unless it's necessary for a more thorough clean.

DRYING
It is dryer friendly, but we recommend go green and line dry instead.

END OF LIFE
Providing the best care for your products will ensure you have them for many years to come. When the time comes to replace them, all of our organic cotton produce and bulk bags can be placed right into your home compost and will break down over a few months. If you use a commercial compost service they will break down into natural matter even faster.

Shipping Information

Holiday Order - Recommended Deadline: 11th December 2022

We recommend to order by 11th December to allow time for your order to arrive by December 25th. Orders might still arrive in time if you place them after the recommended deadline, but given the extra processing volume for Canada Post during the busy period, there might be unexpected delays. 

Important Shipping Update - Canada Post Strike (Updated 16 Dec 2024)

For Canada:

  • Standard Letter Mail (Free): We anticipate delivery delays through the remainder of 2024 and into January 2025.
  • Expedited Shipping: We’re using alternative couriers, so if you choose this option, your order will ship on time without delays.

For the US:

Orders will be shipped with Canada Post, and we anticipate delivery delays through the remainder of 2024 and into January 2025.
